Daniel Allen Ballree, 58, passed away early Thursday morning at Kitty Askins Hospice Center of Goldsboro.
A graveside service will be held at Wayne Memorial Park on Saturday at 2 p.m. with Pastor Lutrell Spell officiating.
Mr. Ballree born in Wayne County to the late Woodrow Wilson and Grace Moore Ballree.
Mr. Ballree is survived by two sisters and brothers-in-law, Patricia and Randy Langston of Pikeville and Iris Jo and Randy Williamson of Goldsboro; one niece and two nephews, Jennifer Fontine, Jeremy Williamson, and Chris Langston, all of Goldsboro.
The family will receive friends tonight from 7 until 9 at Shumate-Faulk Funeral Home and other times will be at the home.
