WARSAW -- Betty Ellen Atkinson, 67, died Friday at her home.
Funeral services will be held Monday at 7 p.m. at Community Funeral Home of Warsaw. Visitation will follow the service. Burial will be held Tuesday at 10 a.m. at the Devotional Gardens of Warsaw.
Mrs. Atkinson was born in Portsmouth, Va. to Everett Littleton and Agnes Neoma Harris Smith.
Mrs. Atkinson is survived by her husband, Norwood Atkinson, of the home; mother, Agnes Neoma Smith of Suffolk, Va.; son, Norwood David Atkinson of Roseville, Calif.; daughters, Cynthia Lee Leggett of Fishville, La., and Susan Ellen Garcia of Las Vegas, Nev.; brothers, Paul Everett Smith of Nags Head and Raymond Lawrence Smith of Suffolk, Va.; sister, Emily Marie Hathaway of Suffolk, Va.; and grandchildren, Ashley and Cassie Atkinson and Cheyenne Leggett.
Arrangements are being handled by Community Funeral Home of Warsaw.
