FAYETTEVILLE -- Louise Wooten, 86, 1700 Pamalee Drive, formerly of Goldsboro, departed this life Monday at the Highland House Nursing Center.

Funeral services will be held Friday at 1 p.m. at Refuge Temple Ministries with pastor Timothy Whitfield officiating. She will be laid to rest in the Wayne Memorial Park.

Cherished memories are left to her sons, Jonah Loftin of Fayetteville and Samuel Wooten of Philadelphia, Pa.; sisters, Flossie Carraway of Goldsboro and Julia Mae McKinzie of Philadelphia, Pa.; six grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Thursday from 2 to 6 p.m. at McIntyre Funeral Home Ministries of Goldsboro. The family will receive friends at the home of her sister Flossie Carraway, 910 Dorsey St., where they will also assemble in preparation for the funeral procession.
