ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. -- James Lewis "Jim" Coates, 86, died Sunday, Sept. 21 surrounded by his family.
A burial took place on Wednesday, Sept. 24 at Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell, Fla.
His survivors include his wife, Eugenia; a daughter; two sons; four sisters; 11 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family prefers memorial donations to the Alzheimer's Association.
Arrangements are being handled by Anderson-McQueen Funeral Home.
