Rev. Leonard Earl Bell, 56, lovingly known by his family and friends as "Buddy," 917 Dollard Town Road, departed this life on Friday at his residence.

Funeral services will be conducted on Saturday at 1 p.m. at the Saints Delight United Holy Church, 976 LaGrange Road, LaGrange, with Pastor Devin C. Pickett officiating. Burial will follow at Wayne Memorial Park Cemetery-South, 2925 S.
U.S. 117 Highway, Goldsboro, NC.

A viewing will be held on Friday at Hamilton Funeral Chapel, 423 S. James St., from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. A wake will be conducted from 6 -7 p.m. at the Saints Delight United Holy Church, 976 LaGrange Road, LaGrange.

Rev. Bell was born to the Late Elder Leonard N. Bell and his living mother, Minister Margaret Smith Bell on Nov. 6, 1951.

Rev. Bell leaves to cherish his memory, his son, Deon Emmuanuel Bell of Clinton; his mother, Minister Margaret Smith Bell of Goldsboro; seven sisters, Helen B. Waters and Milton of Goldsboro, Linda B. Wellington and Minister Danny Ray of Dudley, Crystal Bell of Goldsboro; Patricia B. Whitifield of Goldsboro, Minister Bernita B. Cobb and Alvin of Kinston, Denise Bineyard and Norman of Buffalo, N.Y. and Vernice Alston of Goldsboro; one brother, Elder Willie R. Bell and Shirley of Goldsboro; three aunts, Annie Lee Fredrick, Lillie Johnson and Martha Salvage; two uncles, Rev. James Ralph Smith and Rev. Willie Bell; 10 nieces, nine nephews a host of cousins other relatives and friends.

At other times, the family will receive friends at the resident of Minister Margaret Smith Bell, 919 Dollard Town Road, Goldsboro, N.C., 27534.
