MARGARET M. WYNN

Died Aug. 11, 2008

A homegoing celebration for Ms. Margaret Lee Mevin Wynn, 74, 1711-A Holly St., who slept into eternal rest on Monday at Wayne Memorial Hospital, will be held Saturday at noon at Gospel Tabernacle of Deliverance, 1015 N. James St. Bishop Leamon Sykes will be
officiating. Interment will be in the Elmwood Cemetery.

She was the daughter of the late Henry Clay and Essie Mervin.

She leaves to cherish her precious memories, her three sons, Eddie Wynn Jr. and Purlie of Dudley, James Howard Mervin and Floyd Wynn and Jacquelin of Goldsboro; three daughters, Margaret Mae Wynn of the home, Jeanette Wynn Watkins and Johnny T. of North Wilkesboro,and Burnice Wynn Smith of Goldsboro; four brothers, Alton Mervin of Washington, D.C., John Q. Mervin and James Andrew Mervin of Kinston, and Allen Mervin of Pikeville; three sisters, Patricia Spruill and Manor Artis of Pikeville and Rosa Lee Harvey of Goldsboro;
16 grandchildren and three great grandchildren.

A wake will be held on Friday evening from 7 to 8 p.m. at Rhodes Funeral Home Chapel.
