Garfield Bizzell Sr., 92, 3141 Arrington Bridge Road, died Monday at Wayne Memorial Hospital.
Funeral services will be held Friday at 11 a.m. Jerusalem Baptist Church, Seven Springs. Burial and Masonic rites will follow in the church cemetery.
Five children survive.
Visitation will be Thursday from 2 until 7 p.m.with the family present from 6 to 7 p.m. to receive friends at McIntyre Funeral Home Ministries of Goldsboro. At other times, the family will receive friends at the residence where they will also assemble in preparation for the funeral procession.
