MARGIE M. BIZZELL

Margie Mae Lewis Bizzell, 56, died at her home Thursday, July 31.

She was born to the late Amaziah Lewis Sr. and Sevelia Lewis on August 22, 1951 in Wayne County.

She graduated from Central High School in 1969. She lived and worked most of her life in Goldsboro.

Funeral services for Margie Mae will be held Sunday at 2 p.m. at the Maranatha Seventh Day Adventist Church with the Rev. Donovan Washington officiating. Interment will be in the Old Mill Cemetery.

Margie "PeeWee", as she was known by family and friends, leaves to cherish her memory two daughters, Sherri Lewis and Danielle Lewis, both of the home; one grandson, Aquayvion, of the home; six sisters Lue Jean Wright, Teresa Artis and Marchell Lewis all of Dudley, Vera Lofton and husband, Oscar, and Frances Wooten and husband, Ricky, of Goldsboro; Queenie Reinhardt and husband, Albert, of Paterson, NJ; three brothers Amaziah Lewis Jr. and wife, Fannie, of LaGrange, Leroy Lewis and wife, Lois, of Clayton and John E. Lewis of Fort Washington, Md.; two sisters-in-law Mildred Lofton Lewis of Goldsboro and Doris Wooten Lewis; four aunts Martha Lewis Richardson, Emma Lewis Jones and Daisy Ford and husband, Nathaniel, all of Goldsboro, John L Cox of the Parkstown community; two uncles Lawyer Lewis and wife, Carrie, of Goldsboro, William Lewis and wife, Shirley, of Temple Hill, Md.; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Visitation will be held from 4 to 7 p.m. Friday at Rhodes Funeral Home Chapel. The family will be receiving friends at the home of her sister 208 Ward St., Dudley.

Arrangements are being handled by Rhodes Funeral Home of Goldsboro.
