LILLIE L. DAIL

Lillie Ann Lee Dail, 73, formerly of the Kirkwood Community, died early Saturday morning at the home of her daughter.
Born in Johnston County, she was the daughter of the late J. Percy and Velma Jones Lee and the wife of the late Roy Dail. She was also preceded in death by a son, Steven R. Dail and a grandson, Joshua M. Dail. Mrs. Dail was a member of Grace Baptist Church, was a former employee of McCrory's Department Store and retired from Woodards' Care.
The funeral will be held Monday at 2 p.m. at Shumate-Faulk Funeral Home with Pastor James Frasher officiating. Burial will follow in Wayne Memorial Park.
Mrs. Dail is survived by a son, Ronald E. Dail and wife, Beth, of Trenton, N.C.; her daughter, Catherine Dentzer, and husband, Stephan, of Goldsboro; a brother, Bobby Ray Lee of Maryland; eight grandchildren, Jennifer Dail Johnson, Jason E. Hope, Jessica Elizabeth Durant, Eric S. Dail, Jeremy R. Dail, Megan B. Dail, Sierra M. Hunt, Hunter B. Dentzer; one great-grandchild, Casey Ann Dail; special friends, Vera Moore, Esther Edwards and Virginia Royal, all of Goldsboro, and Georgia Dentzer of Swansboro.
Family members will greet friends this evening from 7 until 9 p.m. at Shumate-Faulk Funeral Home and at other times the family will be at the home of her daughter, Catherine and Stephan Dentzer, at 160 Leslie Road, Goldsboro.
