David Edward Barbour, 82, of Princeton died Friday morning at Britthaven in Smithfield.
He was born to the late Ralph and Lola Blizzard Barbour.
Funeral was 7 p.m. Saturday at Casey Funeral Home in Princeton, with the Revs. Berry Byrd and Mitch Lockamy officiating.
Committal service will be at 2 p.m. today at the Maplewood Cemetery in Clayton.
He is survived by his wife, Linda Sandy Barbour, and four children.
The family will receive friends immediately following the funeral.
