FREMONT -- Claudie Lane Crawford, 89, died Wednesday at Wayne Memorial Hospital in Goldsboro, N.C.
He is survived by daughters, Mary Grantham of Pikeville, N.C., Minister Lavern Cox of Lucama, N.C., Sheron Crawford and Sheila Winn, both of Goldsboro, N.C.; sons, pastor Donald Wells of Dudley, N.C., Elder James Elvis Crawford of Goldsboro, N.C., and James E. Crawford; sisters, pastor Hazel Woodard of Kenly, N.C., Jerome Boykin of Wilson, N.C., and, Mary Sue Forsythe of Maryland; brothers, James Forsythe of Kenly, N.C., and Paul Woodard.
Graveside services will be 2 p.m. Saturday, April 19, 2008, in Old Mill Cemetery on Central Heights Road, New Hope Community.
Mr. Crawford may be viewed at Hamilton Funeral Chapel, 423 S. James St., Goldsboro, N.C., on Saturday from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. The family will be receiving friends at the home of his daughter, Minister Alice McClary, 203 Leslie St., Goldsboro.
