HEPHZIBAH, Ga. -- Earl "Buster" McEnnis Daniels, 64, died Saturday at his home after a short illness of liver
and kidney failure. He was the son of the late Stacy Drew Daniels and Doris Sutton Taylor. Buster served in the Army for three years and then in the Reserves for four years. He was owner and operator of Daniels Construction for over 30 years until his retirement in 2003.
A memorial service will be conducted at 7 p.m. Thursday, March 27, 2008, at Jones Grove Pentecostal Holiness Church. We ask that all family and friends join us.
He is survived by his son, Drew Daniels, and fiancee of 14 years, Julia Phillips; sisters, Carolyn Heath Abbott and husband, Joe, of Sneads Ferry, Annie Ruth Overton and husband, Elbert, of Mount Olive; nieces, Pamela Heath Vinson and husband, Leslie, of Sneads Ferry, Sherrie Overton Powell and husband, Allen, of Grantham; nephew, Ray Overton of Mount Olive; and other nieces and nephew, Daniel and Karley Vinson of Sneads Ferry, Morgan and Kristen Powell of Grantham; and his best friend for over 24 years, Dayton Elmore; and last but least the boss of the house, his special dog, Pudge.
