WARSAW -- Cecil Woodrow Harrell, 69, died Wednesday at Pitt Memorial Hospital.
A memorial service will be held at 7 p.m. Monday at Dobson Chapel Church. Visitation will follow the service. A private graveside service was held Friday at Devotional Gardens in Warsaw.
