Theodore Edward Smith, 65, died Tuesday at Wayne Memorial Hospital. He was born in Greene County to the late Theodore and Carrie Smith.
Two children survive.
Graveside service will be 2 p.m. Thursday at Snow Hill Cemetery, with the Rev. Wayne Goff officiating. Visitation will follow the graveside service.
The family is being served by Howell Funeral Home and Crematory, Goldsboro.
