Mary Katherine Game, 85, died Thursday, Jan.17, 2008, at Harborview Nursing Home in Morehead City.
Mary was born in Jones County to the late Ivy Wooten and Lizzie Strickland Wooten. She was married to the late Johnny Allred. She was a retired employee of Cross-roads Café and a member of Pineview Baptist Church.
Graveside services will be held Saturday at 2 p.m. at Patetown Cemetery with the Rev. Lewis Forsythe officiating.
She is survived by her son, Pete Allred and wife, Rhoda, of Beaufort; her daughter, Ruth Williams and husband, Bill, of Arkansas; her brother, James Wooten and wife, Sadie, of Havelock; her granddaughters, Brenda Foster of Morehead City, Alicia Trypus and Tessa Allred, both of Georgia, Fran Woffard, Kathy Crossno and Angela Lensing, all of Arkansas; her grandsons, Gerald Allred of Beaufort, Scott Vennum and Stephen Vennum, both of Arkansas; and seven great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends Saturday following the service at the cemetery.
