Andrew Jackson Kornegay, 71, of Goldsboro, died Thursday morning at Wayne Memorial Hospital.
The Wayne County native was the son of the late James and Louvenia Williams Kornegay.
He is survived by three sisters, Eloise Kornegay of Goldsboro, Edna Kase of Philadelphia and Amelia Duke of Philadelphia.
Funeral will be noon Monday at the Pentecostal Holy Church, 600 E. Pine St., Goldsboro, with Dr. H.E. McNair officiating. Visitation will be 2-6 p.m. Sunday at Lightner memorial funeral home. An inspirational Wake will be held Sunday at Pentecostal Holy Church from 7-8 p.m. Burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery.
