Cleo Royal, 86, died Tuesday afternoon at her home. The Wayne County native was the daughter of the late Oscar and Hattie Spruill.
Five children survive.
Funeral will be 1 p.m. Saturday at Lightner Memorial Funeral Home Chapel with Evangelist Maida Brown officiating. Visitation will be 2-7 p.m. with the family being present from 6-7 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be in the Spruill Family Cemetery in the Saulston community.
