MOBILE, Ala. -- T.O. Sutton, 71, a native of Goldsboro, died Friday at his residence. He was preceded in death by his parents, Lloyd and Gertrude Sutton; sister, Evelyn Deyo; and son, Lynn Sutton.
Survivors include his wife, Ann Sutton of Mobile, Ala.; daughter, Myra Jean Britt of Newton Grove; sons, Timothy and Jeff Sutton, both of Newton Grove; six stepchildren; five siblings, Cleo and Denny Sutton, both of Goldsboro, Carolyn Price and Vayden Sutton, both of Wilmington, and Mamie Ruth Burnett of Myrtle Beach, S.C.
Funeral was held Sunday, Dec. 2, 2 p.m. at Serenity Funeral Home Chapel with burial in Serenity Memorial Gardens, Mobile, Ala.
