Pervilla Best, formerly of Goldsboro, died Monday in Washington, D.C. She was the daughter of the late Leviticus Best. Funeral arrangements are being handled by Hodges and Edwards Funeral Home, 3910 Silver Hill Road, Suitland, Md.
