Died Nov. 17, 2007
Heather Ann Lancaster, 28, of 3482 Wayne Memorial Drive, went to live with her Lord and Savior, Jesus, Saturday at Kitty Askins Hospice Center. Heather was employed in customer service at Park Design.
Funeral will be 7 p.m. Monday at Woods Grove P.F.W.B. Church with the Rev. Mike Grady officiating. Interment will be 11 a.m. Tuesday in Wayne Memorial Park.
Heather is survived by her parents, David Michael and Pamela Elmore Gurley of Goldsboro; daughters, Ashley Lucas and Autumn Lancaster of Goldsboro; sister and brother-in-law, Jessi and Bruce Carter of Goldsboro and their children, Kennedy, Saylor and Elijah Blu; paternal grandparents, Malcolm and Julia Gurley of Goldsboro; and her fiancée, Scott Lucas who unselfishly gave his love and support to Heather.
Heather was preceded in death by her sister, Ashley Price, and her maternal grandparents, John T. and Neta Mooring Elmore.
The family request in lieu of flowers memorials be made to the Heather Lancaster Special Medical Fund, 3482 Wayne Memorial Dr., Goldsboro, N.C. 27534.
The family will receive friends following the funeral at the church and at other times will be at the home of Bruce and Jessi Carter, 4515 U.S. Hwy. 13 N., Goldsboro.
