Herman Hines, 82, died Saturday at the Brian Center of Goldsboro. He was born in Wayne County to the late Jesse and Carneza Hines.
He is survived by his wife, Lucy Hines and four children.
Funeral will be noon Thursday from the chapel of Howell Funeral Home and Crematory in Goldsboro. Burial will follow at Wayne Memorial Park. Viewing will be 4-7 p.m. Wednesday with the family present from 6 to 7 p.m. at Howell Funeral Home and Crematory in Goldsboro and other times at the residence.
