DORISE M. 'JACK' STILLWELL

SANFORD -- Dorise Marshall "Jack" Stillwell, 80, of 4203 Highway 87 South, died Monday at his home. Born in Dover, N.C., he was the son of the late Dorise and Bessie Blackburn Stillwell. A veteran of the U.S. Army, Jack owned and operated the J-Mart Convenience Store and was a well known businessman in the Lee County area.
Funeral services will be held Friday at 2 p.m. at Shumate-Faulk Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in Wayne Memorial Park.
Jack is survived by his wife, Marie Brown Stillwell; three daughters, Jackie Stillwell of Chapel Hill, N.C., Dianne Norris of Cameron, N.C., Doresa Stillwell of Winston-Salem, N.C.; three grandchildren, Heather Furr, Brent Yow, Neil Yow; three great-grandchildren, Nicole Furr, Matthew Furr and Corbin Yow.
Family members will greet friends Friday at Shumate-Faulk Funeral Home in Goldsboro one hour prior to the funeral service.
