EAST ORANGE, N.J. -- Peggy Jean Coley Hodges, 68, formerly of Fremont, N.C., died at Columbus Hospital, Newark, N.J. on Wednesday. She resided in East Orange, N.J.
Funeral services will be conducted on Sunday, Oct. 28, 2007, at 2 p.m. from the Central Heights United Holy Church, 3010 Thoroughfare Road, Goldsboro, N.C., with pastor Christine McKinnon eulogist. Also, a viewing will be conducted, Sunday, Oct. 28, 2007, at Central Heights United Holy Church from 1 to 2 p.m. prior to the funeral service. Interment will be held at Fremont Cemetery, Fremont, N.C.
Peggy Jean, beloved mother, is survived by Angless Hodges and LaBeech Hodges, both of Turkey, N.C.; a devoted sister, Janice Jackson of Washington, D.C.; a devoted brother, James Coley of Washington, D.C.; her loving grandchildren, Russell Wilson, Curtissa Brunson, Precious and Princess Hodges; and a host of other relatives and friends.
