WARSAW -- Funeral for Leroy Whitfield Sr., 78, of 306 Rainbow Road will be held Monday at 1 p.m. from the Rainbow Baptist Church with Dr. Alfonsa Williamson officiating. Burial will follow in the Houston Cemetery.
Mr. Whitfield died Thursday at Lenoir Memorial Hospital.
He is survived by his wife, Geneva Whitfield, and seven children.
Viewing will be held today from 3 to 6 p.m. at the Garris Funeral Home Chapel.
The family will receive friends at the home of Deborah Hodges, 141 Mary Lee Hodges Lane, Warsaw.
