George Wadford, 78, 305 W. Hooks River Road, died Friday at Wayne Memorial Hospital.
He is survived by his wife, Virginia Wadford and four children.
Funeral will be noon Thursday at Greenleaf Christian Church with the Rev. Dorothy Richardson officiating. Burial will follow in Wayne Memorial Park. Viewing will be 2-8 p.m. today at McIntyre Funeral Home Ministries of Goldsboro. The family will receive friends at the residence.
