WILLARD -- Thomas "Billy Boy" Herring, 69, died Tuesday at New Hanover Regional Medical Center, Wilmington.
Five children survive.
Funeral will be 2 p.m. Sunday at Rockfish A.M.E. Church, 167 Cornwallis Road, Teachey, with the Rev. T. Campbell officiating. Burial will follow at the church cemetery. Visitation will be 6-7 p.m. Saturday at Rose Hill Funeral Home of Rose Hill.
