CURTIS RAY ELDRIDGE

Died Aug. 16, 2007

Mr. Curtis Ray "Dee" Eldridge, 66, of 1444 Smithfield Highway, Newton Grove, died at Sampson Regional Medical Center in Clinton.

He was the son of the late Bryant and Mary Eldridge and he departed this journey on earth Thursday, Aug. 16, 2007.

A graveside service will be conducted on Tuesday, Aug. 21, at noon at the Hillside Cemetery, on Alex Benton Road in Newton Grove, with the Minister Kent Lee presiding. Visitation will be held Monday, Aug. 20 at Hamilton Funeral Home, 423 South James St., from 1-5 p.m. A wake will be held Monday evening at the White Oak Disciples of Christ Church, 130 White Oak Drive, Newton Grove, from 7-8 p.m. with the family present to receive friends and other family members.

He leaves to cherish his memories three sisters, Conelia Robinson and Mary Lean Lee both of Newton Grove, and Shirley Williams of Smithfield; three brothers, Alexander Lee and Jim Eldridge, both of Newton Grove, and James Bryant Eldridge of Philadelphia, Penn.
