William C. Bell, 64, died Wednesday, July 11, 2007, at Wayne Memorial Hospital.
Funeral will be at 1 p.m. Monday at Best Grove Missionary Baptist Church, 1065 Tommy's Road, Goldsboro, with the Rev. Joe Jackson officiating. Burial will follow in the Davis Family Cemetery.
He is survived by one daughter, Shelta Parker, of Roanoke, Va.; a brother and sister-in-law, Norwood and Sharon Bell of Goldsboro; two grandchildren; one great-grandchild; four nephews; and three nieces.
The family will receive friends at the home of his brother, Norwood Bell, 1671 Tommy's Road.
Visitation will be from 6-7 p.m. Sunday at Lightner Memorial Funeral Home.
