KINSTON -- William King Jr., 78, 317 Rhodes Ave., died Friday at Britthaven of Kinston.
Funeral services will be noon Friday at Robert Swinson Jr. Memorial Chapel with the Rev. Roosevelt Taylor officiating. Burial will be in Holly Hill Church Cemetery.
He is survived by three sons, Charles King of Washington, D.C., Harry King of Kinston and Clifton King of LaGrange; five brothers, Carl King of Kinston, James King of Denver, Colo., Louis, Lemuel and Robert King, all of Washington, D.C.; two sisters, Mary Mervin of Kinston and Peggy Mervin of Goldsboro; four grandchildren.
Visitation will be 3-8 p.m. tonight from the Robert Swinson Jr. Memorial Chapel.
Swinson Funeral Service is in charge of the arrangements.
