ROSE S. HARRELL

Rose Sutton Harrell, 72, of 425 Harrells Hill Road, Mount Olive, went to be the Lord Saturday at Wayne Memorial Hospital. Born in Sampson County, she was the daughter of Reba Jones Sutton of Faison, N.C. and the late Ballard Sutton. An active member of Thunder Swamp Pentecostal Holiness Church for 52 years, she was a member of the Women's Ministries and a secretary for her Sunday School.
Funeral will be held Monday evening at 7 p.m. at the Thunder Swamp Pentecostal Holiness Church with the Revs. Paul Evans and Steve Dixon officiating. Graveside services will be held Tuesday at 11 a.m. at Wayne Memorial Park.
In addition to her mother, Mrs. Harrell is survived by two sons and daughters-in-law, Jimmy Ballard and Jennifer Harrell of Goldsboro and Michael Kent and Patricia Harrell of Mount Olive; a daughter and son-in-law, Rosemary and Gregory Lutcavage of Goldsboro; two sisters, Minnie Mae McCullen of Faison, Joan Roberson of Wilmington; nine grandchildren, Jason Harrell, Amber Simmons, Aaron Harrell, Adam Harrell, Greg Lutcavage, Kristin Minotti, Eric Lutcavage, Marc Lutcavage and James Lutcavage; one great-grandson, Joseph Cameron Simmons; two nieces, one great-niece, and one great-nephew; special friends, Merle and Jean Darden; all of her church family and all of her special Harrell family.
Family members will greet friends Monday evening from 6-7 p.m. at the Thunder Swamp Pentecostal Holiness Church and at other times at the home.
