ELM CITY -- Burnest Nixon, 66, 307 S. Branch St., died Sunday at Nash General Hospital, Rocky Mount. Among his survivors is a daughter, Rhonda Nixon of Wilson. Arrangements are incomplete and have been entrusted to McIntyre Funeral Home Ministries, 900 S. George St., Goldsboro.
