REV. BENJAMIN A. SULLIVAN

October 28, 1948-April 19, 2007

The Rev. Benjamin "Al" Sullivan, 58, of 108 Beyer St., died Thursday evening at Wayne Memorial Hospital.

Services will be held tonight at 7 p.m. in the chapel of Howell Funeral Home and Crematory in Goldsboro. The Revs. Ricky Sullivan and Wayne Goff will officiate. A graveside service will be held on Monday at 11 a.m. at Pikeville Cemetery in Pikeville.

The Rev. Sullivan was born in Wayne County to the late George and Ella Frances Hall Sullivan. He was retired from Borden Manufacturing.

He is survived by his wife, Connie McCandless Sullivan; one daughter, Tiffany Sullivan; four brothers, George Sullivan and his wife, Barbara, of Pikeville, the Rev. Ricky Sullivan and his wife, Debbie, of Pikeville, Billy Sullivan and his wife, Kathy, of Fremont and Tony Sullivan of Stantonsburg; and three sisters, Frances Mooring of Fremont, Brenda Sullivan of Fremont and Debbie Hardison of Fremont.

In addition to his parents, the Rev. Sullivan was preceded in death by his son, Ronnie Sullivan.

The family will receive friends following the funeral service this evening at Howell Funeral Home and Crematory in Goldsboro and other times at his mother's home, 203 South Sycamore St. in Fremont.
