SMITHFIELD -- Margaret Gray Eason, 84, died Monday at Smithfield Manor. She was born in Newark, N.J., to the late Harry and Irma Bevan Gray. Her husband was the late Albert Eason.
Funeral services will be Thursday at 11 a.m. in the chapel of Parrish Funeral Home, Selma, with the Rev. Bill Creech officiating. Burial will follow in Price Cemetery, Pine Level.
She is survived by a son, Albert Eason Jr. of Selma; daughters, Sharon L. Brinkman of Dumfries, Va., and Peggy Hill of Stantonsburg; sisters, Betty Miller of Camp Hill, Pa., Jean Peabody of Ocean, N.J., and Sandra Gray of Europe; two grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
Family will receive friends at the funeral home Thursday from 10 to 11 a.m.
