Billy Jean Ellis, 54, 286 Stoney Creek Church Road, died Sunday at her home.
Funeral services will be Wednesday at 7 p.m. at the chapel of Howell Funeral Home and Crematory, Goldsboro, with the Rev. Ira Williford officiating.
She was born in Wayne County to Billy Ray and Dorothy Jean Britt Ellis of Goldsboro.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by three brothers, David Ray, James and Jason Britt Ellis, all of Goldsboro; sisters, ReNee Ellis Gay and husband, Craven, of Fremont and Edna Delores Lanier of Kenansville; nephew, James Brantley Pate and wife, Pamela Sue; special nephew, Joshua Bryant Ellis; niece, Brandy ReNee Causey and husband, Kenneth; and great-nieces, Caroline Grey Pate and Kaylyn Breanne Causey.
Family will receive friends following the funeral service Wednesday at Howell Funeral Home and other times at the home of her parents, Billy Ray and Dorothy Jean Ellis, 212 Stoney Creek Church Road, Goldsboro.
Although flowers are welcome, memorial contributions may be directed to Joshua Bryant Ellis Scholarship Fund at any First Citizens Bank.
