WILSON -- Elaine Harrell Bridgers, 78, died Wednesday. She retired from Wilson Medical Center with 21 years of service.
Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Friday at Joyner's Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Evergreen Memorial Park.
She is survived by three daughters, Kitty Glover and husband, Dee, of Pikeville, Angie Bailey and husband, Glenn, of Stockbridge, Ga., Cherie Jordan and husband, Danny, of Wilson; son, Randy Bridgers of Largo, Fla.; brothers, J.E. Harrell of Morehead City, Doc Harrell of Wilson and Bobby Harrell of Pink Hill; seven grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
Family will receive friends 7 to 9 p.m. tonight at Joyner's Funeral Home, 4100 Raleigh Road Parkway and at other times the family will be at 4513 Harvest Lane.
