JAMES W. RACKLEY

FAISON -- James W. "Jimmy" Rackley, 59, died Sunday. He was the son of the late Wilbert J. and Hazel Warren Rackley.
Memorial service will be Tuesday at 3 p.m. at Faison United Methodist Church, with the Rev. Chad Pullins officiating. The family will receive friends at the home at 783 Solloman St., Faison.
He is survived by a son, James W. Rackley Jr. and wife, Becky, of Holly Springs; daughter, Amanda R. Merritt and husband, David, of Calypso; sister, Gail R. Nunn of Warsaw; brother, Kenneth Avent of Faison; and two grandchildren, Cameron Rackley and Alex Sarantos.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by a brother, Tommy Avent.
Flowers are welcome or memorials may be made to the Faison First United Methodist Church Building Fund.
Arrangements are with Tyndall Funeral Home, Mount Olive.
