John Henry "Dik" Kornegay, 285 Miller's Chapel Road, died Thursday at the V.A. Medical Center in Durham.
Visitaton will be 2 to 6 p.m. today at McIntyre Funeral Home Chapel, 900 S. George St., Goldsboro. Funeral will be 11 a.m. Monday at McIntyre Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in the Old Mill Cemetery.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Clark and Louise Kornegay; a sister, Annie Rose McClain; and a brother, Caleb Kornegay
He is survived by his mother, Debbie Jackson of Goldsboro; son, Tavares Jackson of Goldsboro; brother, Clark Kornegay Jr. of Goldsboro; and three sisters, Beddie Williams, Mary Rowe and Shirley Smith, all of Goldsboro.
