Services for Frances Oakley-Petteway will 11 a.m. Tuesday at the First African Baptist Church, 803 Harris St., with the Rev. Dr. Louis Leigh Jr. officiating. Burial will follow in Elmwood Cemetery.
She is survived by her twin sister, Alice Oakley-Byrd, and brother-in-law, William D. Byrd, of Washington, D.C.
Arrangements are being handled by Lightner Funeral Home, 601 E. Ash St., Goldsboro.
