DALE CITY, Va. -- Sgt. Peggy Bell Achigby, 38, formerly of Faison, died Monday at Potomac Hospital in Va. She is the daughter of the Rev. Linda Smith of Faison.
Memorial service was held today at 10 a.m. at Fort Belvoir, Va.
Other arrangements are incomplete and are being handled by Garris Funeral Home. Mount Olive.
