MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. - Donna Kay Campbell Spencer, 46, died Saturday at Grand Strand Regional Medical Center.
A service to celebrate her life will be Tuesday at 11 a.m. at Seymour Fu-neral Home Chapel.
Mrs. Spen-cer is survived by her husband, Robert E. Spencer; her son, Rian Spencer of Myrtle Beach; her daughter, Sharlin Spencer of Goldsboro; her mother, Julia Thompson of Grantham; her brother, Jody Thompson of Goldsboro; and a granddaughter, Noel Spencer.
The family will receive friends tonight from 7 to 9 p.m. at Seymour Funeral Home.
