Ruth Ingram Creech, 89, of 113 N. Martin Road, Goldsboro, formerly of Princeton, died Saturday morning at Wayne Memorial Hospital. She was the daughter of the late Needham Bud and Rosa Woodard Ingram. She was the widow of Daniel Webster Creech. She was also preceded in death by her sister, Ruby Ingram West, her husband, Charles Sr., and a nephew, Charles Worth West Jr. Funeral service will be conducted at 7 p.m. Monday evening at Casey Funeral Home, with the Rev. Rose Hicks officiating. The committal service will be 11 a.m. Tuesday at Princeton Cemetery.

She is survived by her brothers, Ralph K. Ingram and his wife, Marion, of Raleigh, and Raymond W. Ingram and his wife, Sue, of Milford, N.J.

Among the survivors are three generations of nieces and nephews, with a special niece and nephew-in-law, Rosa and Al Thompson of Goldsboro, and a great-nephew, Alan W. Hines.

Although flowers are welcome, the family suggests memorial contributions be made to Ebenezer Church, 3859 U.S. 70 West, Goldsboro, N.C. 27530.

The family will receive friends starting at 6 p.m. Monday and immediately following the funeral service.

The family is being served by Casey Funeral Home in Princeton.
