KENLY -- Cathleen Lewis Medlin, 77, died Monday. She was born in Johnston County to the late Odell and Crettie Bailey Lewis. Funeral services will be Wednesday at 7 p.m. in the Coley Funeral Home Chapel and the family will receive friends at the funeral home following the service.
Surviving are her daughter, Janie Medlin Holland of Kenly; two sons, William Roger and Rickey Douglas Medlin, both of Fla.; sisters, Jo Newcomb of Middlesex and Lena Brestel of TX; five grandchildren and two step grandchildren.
