WARSAW -- Margaret Christine Gore Guy, 66, died Tuesday at Duplin General Hospital in Kenansville. She was born to Margaret Miller Gore and the late Allen Wright Gore of Duplin County. She was also preceded in death by a brother, Dallas Gore and a sister, Gloria Gore.
Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Thursday at Warsaw Presbyterian Church with the Rev. Ben Burrows and the Rev. Edger Rouse officiating. Burial will follow at Devotional Gardens.
She is survived by her husband of 51 years, James L. Guy; children, Teresa Benson, Denise Ward and Dennis Guy, all of Warsaw; sister, Shelby Blanchard of Turkey and six grandchildren.
Extended family and friends will be received at the Warsaw family home.
