Dominique Brown, 30, of 712 Slaughter St., was arrested and charged with two counts of trafficking heroin and with the possession of marijuana.

Members of the Goldsboro Police Department's Gang Suppression Unit were patrolling in the southern portion of the city Tuesday afternoon when they conducted a traffic stop on a black Mercedes Benz, with dark tinted windows on Slocumb Street.
