Man cut in face near Olivia Lane and Carver Drive

A 54-year-old man was cut in the face Saturday night while he was around Olivia Lane and Carver Drive.
A Goldsboro police report said officers responded to the victim's home in the 700 block of North George Street in reference to a stabbing that already happened.
They arrived on scene, and the victim told police he was cut by someone while he was in the area of Olivia Lane and Carver Drive.
Wayne County EMS took him to the hospital for treatment.
The case is not being investigated because the victim signed a non-prosecution form, which is an agreement to not file charges against a suspect.
