A Goldsboro woman allegedly drove a pickup truck toward a man and his two sons who were fishing from a bridge on U.S. 13 South.
Kevin Glenn Hyatt, 30, 104 Brenn Loop, secured a warrant on Paigela Hinson, 49, 188 Mills Loop Road, alleging assault with a deadly weapon.
The warrant was taken Monday, Aug. 14, for an alleged assault on Thursday, Aug. 10.
Hinson was placed under a $500 unsecured bond pending a district court appearance on Sept. 18.
Hyatt alleges that Hinson willfully assaulted him with a deadly weapon, a F-250 white Ford pickup, by driving it across the center and into the lane for oncoming traffic where he was standing while fishing from a bridge on U.S. 13 South with his two sons.
