No rain expected Wednesday, thunderstorms are possible on Thursday

A break from the rain is expected Wednesday with highs near 89 degrees and partly sunny conditions.
Into the evening on Wednesday, skies will be partly cloudy with a low around 73 degrees.
Though there is an expected reprieve from rain Wednesday, forecasters with the National Weather Service predict a chance of showers and thunderstorms around noon on Thursday.
The National Weather Service said rainfall will likely amount to less than a tenth of inch -- except in areas where possible thunderstorms are expected, which will make the rainfall amount higher.
Other than the potential for noontime storms, Thursday is expected to be mostly sunny with a high near 90 degrees.
