Kindercare broken into

The Goldsboro Police Department is investigating a recent break-in at a local day care.
Someone broke into KinderCare at 901 Landmark Drive between Thursday night and Friday morning and stole 44 toys, according to a police report.
The report said someone forced a door on the north side of the building open and removed 44 toys valued at a total of $254 from inside.
Four tricycles valued at $460 total were also taken from the playground area, according to the report.
