Man faces larceny, other charges

Authorities charged a homeless man with larceny Monday for an incident that reportedly happened earlier this month.
Patrick Shawn Grady is facing charges of felony larceny and two counts of obtaining property by false pretense after allegedly stealing things from inside a home located at 221 Beston Road in LaGrange.
Following an investigation into the incident, law enforcement secured warrants on Grady and charged him accordingly.
Grady was put in the Wayne County Jail and given a $15,000 secured bond on those charges. Grady also had other outstanding warrants out of Wayne and Johnston County that were served on him.
According to a press release, the combined bond for the charges brought against Grady out of both counties is $115,500.
