Winter weather advisory effective until Tuesday

Wayne County will continue to be under a winter weather advisory until Tuesday. Temperatures today will reach into the lower 30s with winds coming in at 5 mph.

It will be mostly sunny during the day and clear, but temperatures will plunge to around 18 degrees in the evening.

Though still frigid, it is an increase from Sunday night's temperatures which only reached around 9 degrees.

By Tuesday the highs will be in the upper 40s and steadily increasing toward the end of the week. By Friday, temperatures will reach into the mid 60s.
